Occasionally Apex QS are employed to remediate existing sites, where (for whatever reason) the project has not been completed, the previous contractor is no longer involved and the site is in need of salvage.
Tingewick
Apex QS were employed to work with a private house builder to complete this site consisting of 12 houses. This distressed site required initial identification of scope of works. Apex QS were employed to access the current works and complete with a higher standard of finish.
A sustainable drainage system (SuDS) was designed for foul waste and the site was situated alongside a canal which meant an attenuation tank and hydro brake were implemented for flood risk.

Kingswood
Apex Qs have worked with Sanctuary housing group to complete this site after the previous contractor went into administration. The site consisted of twenty four houses and initial scope of works was needed.
A plan was then established to remediate the site from its infancy to finish in time and on budget.

Broadlands

This site consisted of thirty three houses and an initial scope of works was needed before an action plan was discussed. The site was in its infancy and remediation works were required.
This site required a Section 278 agreement, which allowed developers to enter into a legal agreement with the Council, to make alterations and improvements to a public highway.
