North Second Street
This site consisted of twenty four new build apartments using a steel frame and Metsec walls with cladding.
The site was logistically challenging as it was previously a carpark and a third party agreement was needed to access land around the boundary to construct the building.
The building also had an integrated mist system throughout which was designed to detect fires early and eradicate the source as quickly as possible.
