This project consisted of 8 new build homes, ranging from 1600sqft to 3000sqft.
Each plot was individually designed to achieve a luxury high-quality finish, which meant each home felt unique and a stand-alone plot within the development.
Each plot is generously sized and every finish is to the highest detail.
Downley, High Wycombe
Construction of 14 new build homes consisting of 3 and 4 bedrooms, ranging from 1100sqft to 1400sqft
Traditional construction methods were used with sustainable drainage solutions on site.
The site had access restrictions along with a tight overall red line boundary which meant it was a logistical challenge to overcome and complete this development.
Wood End
The land held one domestic building which was demolished and planning permission was given to build three new build houses.
This site was very high spec. Poggenpohl Kitchens were installed for long lasting quality, functionality, and durability. Along with Porcelanosa tiles and sanitary wear to give a luxury high-quality finish. Each house consisted of 2300sqft with vaulted ceilings and contemporary design.
This site was built under NHBC warranty.

Chipperfield
This site consisted of nine 3000sqft houses inspired by barn conversion and open plan living. The luxury design included bespoke handmade staircases, Poggenpohl kitchens for long lasting quality, functionality, and durability and Porcelanosa Tiles and sanitary wear. The beautiful exterior included natural wood cladding and energy saving solar panels.
A sustainable drainage system (SUDS) was designed for foul waste and an attenuation tank and hydro brake were implemented for flood risk.
This site was built under NHBC warranty.




Living area
Flamstead
This site involved demolishing the existing domestic building which sat on the land. Planning permission was given to build four properties on the plot. This consisted of two bungalows to the rear and two semi-detached houses at the front of the site.
The luxury design included Poggenpohl kitchens for long lasting quality, functionality, and durability and Porcelanosa Tiles and sanitary wear.
The two bungalows at the rear of the site required their own pumping station for managing waste and surface water.
The exterior was given a high end finish with block paving and contemporary landscaping.
