Henlow Highstreet
This site consisted of the complete refurbishment of the existing property at the front of the site. This was a Grade 2 listed building and was converted into two contemporary apartments. At the rear a further nine apartments, maisonette’s and houses were constructed.
This site had extremely tight access for large construction vehicles and was situated on a busy Highstreet.
The site was also an existing flood plane which meant the bottom three plots were constructed on a concrete ring beam 800mm above the existing ground level.
